An ICP is not a description, it is a scoring model. This tool derives one from the customers who actually bought: what they had in common, which signals preceded the deal, and how to score the next account against them. Runs in your browser; nothing is stored.
The rubric allocates 100 points across four dimensions. Industry, size and region take fixed weights (30, 25, 15). The remaining 30 points are split across the buying signals you selected, in proportion to how often each preceded a purchase. An account scoring 70 or above is a fit; 50 to 69 is watch; below 50 is out unless a strong signal fires. Change the thresholds to match your reality. The point is to have thresholds.
This is the same idea the platform’s Market Scanner runs continuously: a weighted ICP with activation thresholds, re-weighted by the Pipeline Optimizer from what converts. The buying signals guide covers what each signal means, and the revenue intelligence guide explains why the weights should change over time.
Point PravRaha at your market and work from movement instead of a filtered list. If you would rather walk through it with us first, a Pipeline Review is 45 minutes on your ICP and your current stack.
